Maintenance Technician II

Overview Our Maintenance positions support the health and well-being of our hens by monitoring, enhancing, fixing, and replacing all things that are electrical and mechanical around the farm. Join a cohesive team that works together every day to keep our farms running smoothly! Responsibilities Use functional knowledge of operational principles for mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic devices. Repair equipment and facilities as required. Perform work both inside barns and outside on farm grounds. Collaborate with team to maintain safety and efficiency in daily operations. Qualifications Experience and knowledge of plumbing, heating, A/C, and general building repairs. Ability to work effectively independently and as part of a team. Strong interpersonal and organizational skills. Effective verbal and written communication. Willingness to work overtime as needed. Positive, "can do" attitude. Ability to accurately complete required documentation and use technology to track progress. Being bilingual (Spanish/English) is a plus, but not required. Details Full-time position at 40 plus hours/week, start time around 7:00 AM. The schedule for this role is Tuesday– Saturday.
