Facilities ManagerNeuroRestorative, a part of the Sevita family, provides rehabilitation services for people of all ages with brain, spinal cord and medically complex injuries, illnesses and other challenges. In a variety of locations and community-based settings, we offer a range of programs, including vocational and therapy programs, day treatments, and specialized services for infants, children, adolescents, Military Service Members and Veterans.Facilities Manager Do you have experience in facilities management and a talent for process improvement and cost control/reduction? As Facilities Manager, you will coordinate and oversee building projects, acquisitions, and expansion as well as outside vendors and staff.Manage assigned aspects of building and renovation projects by assuming oversight of independent contractors and in-house Building Services personnel to plan and complete projects Identify and verify capital expense budget requests to assist director with annual budget proposals; enhance continuous improvement processes to lower operating costs and decrease new-start costsAssist with locating and acquiring new facilities; conduct evaluations; assist with design plans of new construction and acquired facilitiesParticipate in and manage inspections to ensure all facilities comply with all required accreditation and applicable state, federal, and local licensure standardsTravel as required to provide consultation to all locations in assisting with facilities acquisition, new start development, operations, and complianceSecure competitive bids for capital improvements/purchases and convey recommendations to Operations Investigate and qualify vendors, consultants, and private contractors for facility projects and supply for all sites assignedDevelop management tools to continuously review and improve energy and utility consumption functionsWork directly with selected vendors as project manager to monitor renovations and other capital improvement projectsBe available on-call 24/7 for critical incidents and other events as requiredSupervise and manage assigned staff, including performance evaluations, scheduling, orientation, training, and ongoing support; resolve employee relations issues as needed; make decisions related to employmentQualifications:Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Management required; MBA preferredDemonstrated experience in business management including involvement with facility operations or building projectsExcellent communication, organizational, and analytical skillsSelf-motivated and detail-oriented with ability to multitaskWilling to travel up to 75% of the timeWhy Join Us?Full compensation/benefits package for full-time employees.401(k) with company matchPaid time off and holiday payComplex work adding value to the organization's mission alongside a great team of coworkersEnjoy job security with nationwide career development and advancement opportunitiesWe have meaningful work for you – come join our team – Apply Today!Sevita is a leading provider of home and community-based specialized health care.
