The Icahn School of Medicine at Mount Sinai affiliated with New York City H + H/Queens Hospital Center has an exciting opportunity for an Associate Chief of Otolaryngology. The Associate Chief of Otolaryngology will perform a full spectrum of general and subspecialty outpatient and surgical care. Responsibilities Administrative duties including oversight of all aspects of the otolaryngology service, supervision, and training of staff. On‑call responsibilities. Strong interest in health equity and clinical operations, with opportunities for program development and advancement. Accessible by public transportation or car from all areas of New York City, New Jersey, and Long Island. Qualifications MD degree, board certified, with a valid New York State license, DEA and Medicaid number. Strong clinical abilities, teaching experience, and communication/interpersonal skills. Prior management/leadership experience and experience with academic medical centers or public health systems is preferred. Compensation ranges from $380K to $395K (not including bonus/incentive compensation or benefits). Mount Sinai Health System provides a salary range to comply with New York City law on salary transparency.
