Mission Yogurt is seeking a full -time Line Cook for Root Down located inside the Denver Airport.

The Line Cook is responsible for preparing and cooking menu items according to recipes and quality standards while maintaining a clean, safe, and organized kitchen. This role supports efficient kitchen operations and ensures timely, consistent food execution in a fast-paced environment.

Line Cook Requirements:

To be considered for this position, candidates must have recent high-volume restaurant line cook experience.

• Minimum 2 years of recent line cook experience in a full-service restaurant.
• Experience working multiple stations, including grill, sauté, fry, pantry, and expo.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume kitchen environment while maintaining quality and ticket times.
• Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and kitchen safety standards.
• Experience preparing menu items consistently according to recipes, specifications, and presentation standards.
• Ability to set up, stock, and maintain assigned stations throughout service.
• Dependable attendance and punctuality with the ability to work flexible schedules, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively with chefs, managers, and fellow team members.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States.
• Must be able to pass a 10-year airport background check and obtain an airport badge.

Physical Demands:

Must be able to work on your feet for up to 12 hours. Position requires prolonged standing, bending, stooping, twisting, reaching overhead, and lifting products and supplies weighing 20 pounds, and occasional lifting and/or moving up to 50 pounds, as well as repetitive hand and wrist motion.
