Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based care to ICU patients
• Utilize EMR: EPIC for patient documentation and workflow
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to develop and manage care plans
• Adapt to various patient populations and clinical protocols
• Float as needed to different units within your specialty
• Participate as charge or preceptor nurse when required

Qualifications:

• Active RN license
• Minimum of 1-2 years recent ICU nursing experience preferred
• Proficient in EPIC or a similar EMR system
• Strong assessment, communication, and teamwork skills
