Summary: Responsible for accurately recording audits daily totals in a timely manner in accordance with established company policies, procedures and controls. Essential Functions and Responsibilities: Perform audit of daily revenue information. Record daily information into revenue audit report forms and run back-up reports. Evaluate various situations, with respect to slot audits, and determine how to handle the situation. Accountable for the accuracy, confidentiality, and thoroughness of departmental records and reports. Ensure compliance with all applicable gaming laws and company internal controls, policies and procedures, Title 31, and federal regulations, as they apply to the position. Provide outstanding guest service in a timely manner to both guests and fellow team members that meets the company’s guest service culture standards. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous experience performing same or similar job duties. Previous experience in the food & beverage, gaming, or hospitality industry preferred. Proven experience providing high level of guest service. Ability to use standard office equipment, basic knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to operate a ten-key. Excellent communication, organizational, and analytical skills Excellent attention to detail. Ability to add, subtract, multiply and divide in all units of measure, using whole numbers, common fractions and decimals. High school diploma or equivalent. At least 21 years of age. Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal Obtain and maintain all work cards as required by the company. Verify right to work in the United States.
