****SEEKING SPANISH-SPEAKING BEHAVIOR TECHNICIANS****

Overview:
Healthy Minds ABA is seeking compassionate and dependable Behavior Technicians to provide individualized, in-home ABA services to children and families throughout the San Mateo, Redwood City, and surrounding Peninsula area .

We currently have multiple staffing needs throughout the Peninsula, with a particularly strong need in Redwood City . Many current cases take place during weekday afternoon and after-school hours , though schedules vary by client.

Full-time schedules may include multiple client assignments based on candidate availability, location, qualifications, and current client needs.

Spanish-speaking candidates are a primary focus for this posting. Spanish may be required for specific client assignments, while some current Peninsula opportunities may also consider English-speaking candidates based on client needs and overall fit.

We welcome candidates with previous ABA experience as well as new graduates and professionals transitioning from healthcare, behavioral health, education, caregiving, or other related fields who are interested in building a career in ABA.

Responsibilities:

• Provide individualized 1:1 ABA support under the supervision of a BCBA and clinical team
• Implement treatment and behavior-support programs as directed
• Collect accurate session data and document client progress
• Support communication, social, daily-living, and other individualized goals
• Follow established treatment plans and clinical recommendations
• Collaborate with supervisors and families to support consistency and progress
• Maintain reliable attendance and professional communication

Experience / Qualifications:

• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent required
• Experience working with children preferred
• Experience in ABA, behavioral health, healthcare, caregiving, mental health, education, special education, childcare, or another related field is valued
• Candidates transitioning into ABA are encouraged to apply
• Experience following treatment plans, care plans, structured documentation, or clinical procedures is a plus
• Strong communication skills, reliability, professionalism, and willingness to learn
• Reliable transportation for in-home client sessions throughout the Peninsula
• Afternoon and after-school availability is especially valuable for several current cases
• RBT certification is welcomed but not required for every opening
• Spanish-speaking ability is highly valued and may be required for specific current client assignments

Full-time hours may be built across compatible client assignments based on availability, location, qualifications, language skills, and current client needs. Part-time opportunities may also be available.
