Showroom Customer Experience & Orders Specialist

HOM Furniture is seeking a Customer Service Representative to deliver excellent service to customers. You will answer phones, finalize orders, take payments and schedule deliveries and pickups. You will support showroom Sales Consultants, process returns and warranty paperwork, manage order changes, and keep customers updated on status.
