We hire people who are exceptional at their craft, believe hard things are worth doing, and execute relentlessly — people who expect the highest levels of both rigor and integrity from each other.About the RoleAs a recruiting coordinator at Nudge, you will:Coordinate all candidate interview logistics (scheduling, travel, meals, materials, onsite hosting) and serve as primary point of contact throughout the processProvide interview preparation support and company information to candidates while communicating progress updates to hiring teamsSupport referral coordination and internal communications across the hiring processMaintain accurate candidate records and interview feedback in ATS systemAssist with onboarding logistics (paperwork, system access, first-day coordination)About YouWe are looking for recruiting coordinators with at least 2 years of industry experience. Regardless of career level, you should have:Experience in recruiting/HR coordination and/or project management/calendar managementProficiency with ATS systems, scheduling platforms, and Google WorkspaceExceptional organization with meticulous attention to detail and strong follow-throughClear, concise communication skills and excellent customer service instinctsA self-directed and proactive approach and a high ownership mentalityA team-oriented mindset and adaptability to changing priorities and last-minute requestsExperience in fast-paced, startup environment, preferredHigh integrity and strong professional judgement
