CNC Machinist Details:

• Temp-to-Hire position
• $ 26.22 to $ 47.00 / hour
• Full Time work available
• First Shift (Monday through Friday from 03:00pm to 11:00pm)

• Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and GD&T specifications to produce parts that meet quality requirements.
• Set up and operate manual machining equipment, including lathes, mills, and drill presses, to support production needs.
• Use precision measuring tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges to inspect and verify part dimensions.
• Assist with machine setups, tooling changes, and process adjustments to maintain efficient workflow and product quality.
• Perform basic rework, modifications, and repairs on components while following established procedures.
• Follow all safety requirements, manufacturing standards, and company policies to ensure a safe and productive work environment.
• Maintain accurate production records and communicate effectively with team members to support operational goals.

CNC Machinist Qualifications:

• 1-2 years minimum experience as a CNC Machinist or similar role within the last 3 years
• High School Diploma and longevity at previous positions required
• Ability to read blueprints and technical drawings
• Experience using measuring tools and knowledge of GD&T
• Basic computer skills
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to run machines independently
• Willing to travel when necessary, train on day shift, then move to swing shift
• Pay will be based on experience and include a $3 differential
