Production Finisher / Mold Operator Job Summary

• Perform production, assembly, and finishing work in a manufacturing environment
• Operate molding equipment and assemble small parts while maintaining quality and safety standards

Responsibilities

• Perform assembly and finishing tasks, including fastening, bonding, sanding, masking, and measuring
• Operate molding machines to produce small parts
• Use hand and light power tools safely and effectively
• Read blueprints, drawings, and work instructions
• Inspect parts to ensure quality and accuracy
• Complete production documentation as required
• Follow established procedures, tolerances, and safety standards
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Support production goals and team operations

Requirements

• Manufacturing, assembly, or production experience preferred
• Ability to use hand and power tools
• Basic blueprint reading skills
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Mechanical aptitude
• Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining quality standards
• Ability to follow written instructions and documented procedures
• Reliable and team-oriented

Preferred Qualifications

• Plastic molding or injection molding experience
• Mechanical or electrical assembly experience
• Experience using measuring and inspection tools
• Aerospace or medical manufacturing experience
• Ability to learn new processes quickly

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Liberty Lake, WA.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.25 - $18.25/hr.
