Responsibilities Under indirect supervision, the Physician provides and manages direct medical evaluation, diagnosis, procedures, and care for patients within a recognized area of practice and/or for a specified patient population. Qualifications Doctor of Medicine degree or equivalent. Physician Licensed to practice in state. Board Certified or Board Eligible in specified area of medical specialty. A reasonable compensation estimate for this role, which includes estimated wages, benefits, and other forms of compensation, is $169,000.00 to $400,004.80 on an annualized basis. The exact starting compensation to be offered will be determined at the time of selecting an applicant for hire, in which a wide range of factors will be considered, including but not limited to, skillset, years of applicable experience, education, credentials and licensure.
