Unit Notes

- General Certification Requirements: BLS
- Other Certs Required for all OT: OT license for state of MI
- Common diagnosis: General rehab with wide variety of patient care. Geriatric, pediatric, neurological, orthopedic, etc.
- Experience: Peds experience preferred but not mandatory.
- EMR: Epic
- Is there an OT Manager/Supervisor on each shift: Lead therapist who does treat patients.
- Do you staff Rehab Aides: There is 1 rehab tech at the facilty to assist with cleaning, assisting therapist with patient care, etc.
- Shifts & Scheduling: 5 days/week
- Weekend Requirements: None
- Holiday Requirements: None
- Scrub Color: Business casual
- Department specific orientation: Orient 1-2 shifts, Epic training, & then start patient care with mentorship as needed.
