BartenderJob Description $17.13 / Hour Plus Tips SSP America operates several restaurants throughout the Spokane International Airport. Our portfolio includes local favorites like Fir & Pine, Riverside Cafe, and Peet's Coffee. Here are a few things you can expect if you join our team as a bartender:Greet guests in a timely, courteous, and friendly mannerUse recipes and practice portion control to mix, garnish, and present drinksInput orders into register at the point of sale and create a check for each guestReceive cash from guests, make any change needed, verify validity of charges, record charges, and ensure vouchers are properly executedMaintain proper and adequate set-up of the bar at all timesResponsible for maintaining stock, cutting, and storing of all fresh fruit and vegetable garnishes, juices, and other perishables daily to ensure product qualityMust adhere to all State, Federal, and Corporate liquor regulations pertaining to serving alcoholic beverages to minors and intoxicated guests at all timesPerform general cleaning tasks using standard cleaning products as assigned by supervisor to adhere to health standardsOther duties as assignedBenefits: Medical, Dental and Vision Insurance Additional Medical Leave - On-the-Job Injury Leave and Medical Leave Life AD&D EAP SSP 401(k) Plan with Employer Matching Vacation - accrues at 0.03846 per compensable hour worked (40 hours per pay period), subject to seniority-based maximums. 1 Personal Day / year after 1 year of service 7 Paid Holidays Paid Sick Leave (up to 320 hours) Parking Pass or Transit Subsidy (up to $30.00 / Month) Meal Plan: Free meal up to $19.00 for shifts of 5+ hoursSSP America is an equal opportunity employer.
