Tech - X-ray/Rad Tech

Job Description

Job Summary:
The X-Ray Tech will perform diagnostic imaging procedures to support patient diagnosis and treatment. This role requires adherence to safety protocols and precise operation of imaging equipment.

Responsibilities:

Perform X-ray procedures with precision according to physician orders.
Operate and maintain imaging equipment, including c-arm and fluoro systems.
Ensure patient safety and comfort during procedures.
Document procedures accurately in the EPIC and Sectra PACS systems.
Comply with radiation safety regulations and provide radiation badges as required.
Coordinate with healthcare team to meet patient care needs.

Qualifications:

Hold a valid ARRT (R) certification and South Carolina RN license or proof of application.
Possess a minimum of one year of radiology experience.
BLS certification is required.
Have experience with EPIC and Sectra PACS systems preferred.
Demonstrate proficiency in c-arm and fluoroscopy procedures.
Be willing to work a 5x8 shift, Monday through Friday, from 11:00 am to 7:30 pm.
