Police Chief: Community-Driven Public Safety Leader
National Forum for Black Public Administrators (NFBPA)
The City of Independence is seeking a Police Chief to lead a full-service department and advance community trust through strategic leadership and strong organizational culture. The chief will oversee budgeting, policy development, and resource management while focusing on accountability and transparency.
