Proactively draft and manage discovery, prepare deposition materials, build medical chronologies and damages support, and work cases from intake through trial alongside our attorneys, not just around them. Carry a focused caseload. Our teams are built so you can know every case deeply. We desire to compete on craft and value, not volume. Handle pre-litigation with judgment. Records, demand preparation, client relationships, medical payback negotiations, and case development where your thinking with your attorney, not just your processing, moves the case. Work and develop modern workflows. We strive to be a technologically advanced plaintiff firm, including firm-wide AI adoption with real training.
