Responsibilities As a Settlement Clerk, your key responsibilities include: Efficiently printing, signing, and elucidating Retail Installment Contracts along with aftermarket warranties and products. Analyzing, evaluating, and understanding company policies and procedures to ensure departmental compliance. Establishing and nurturing positive relationships with teammates to achieve shared objectives. Responding promptly and appropriately to all corporate emails. Utilizing Microsoft Office Suite, especially Word, Excel, and Outlook, to update and maintain daily logs. Applying a practical understanding to execute instructions and manage tasks. Addressing problems with effective problem-solving capabilities. Keeping up a professional demeanor and maintaining an organized work environment. Qualifications The ideal candidate should: Exhibit excellent customer service skills, showcasing the capacity to address multiple customer inquiries and issues with professionalism and courtesy.
