Outpatient Physical Therapist - Hospital Based Max 8 Patients/Day $15K Sign-On

• $15,000 Sign-On Bonus

• Caseload: 80% active older adult/retiree population (Total joints, post-op shoulders, spine, and sports med)
• Work on a massive, highly collaborative team: 14 PTs, 9 PTAs, OTs, and SLPs
• Highly flexible scheduling: Open to 4x10s, 5x8s, or 4x9s to fit your life
• Minimal Weekend Requirement: Only one Saturday (8am-1pm) per quarter. Earn an extra $221 per 4-hour block.
• $500 annual CEU allowance + paid MedBridge account

About the Physical Therapist Position: Our ideal candidate will possess the heart of a servant leader and have a passion for patient-centered care. We are not looking for an individual just looking for their next "job," but rather someone who wants to invest in their career to help patients understand what has happened to their bodies through their injury/condition. Education of the patient is the number one priority in helping them realize how their body will react to treatment and therapy.

Physical Therapist Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor's, Master's, or Doctorate of Physical Therapy from an accredited program
• Prior Outpatient experience required (Not open to new grads at this time)
• Team player who collaborates well with PTAs and other disciplines
• Passion for patient-centered care
• Servant leader mindset
