If you enjoy hands-on work, following technical drawings, and taking pride in quality craftsmanship, this could be a strong fit. **Why This Role Stands Out** + $21/hour starting pay + Additional 5% bonus opportunity + Stable Monday-Friday schedule + Hands-on technical work + Opportunity to build experience in electrical and mechanical assembly + Team-oriented manufacturing environment + Long-term growth potential **What You'll Be Doing** + Assemble electrical and mechanical components, subassemblies, and finished products + Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, blueprints, and BOMs + Perform wiring, cable routing, crimping, and soldering tasks + Conduct functional testing and basic troubleshooting + Complete production and quality documentation + Identify and communicate quality or process concerns + Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment + Work closely with Engineering, Quality, and Operations teams **What We're Looking For** + High school diploma or equivalent + 1-3+ years of electro-mechanical assembly experience + Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings + Experience using hand tools and power tools + Strong attention to detail and quality + Ability to follow detailed instructions + Comfortable working independently and as part of a team **Preferred Experience** + Technical certification or vocational training + Electronics, mechatronics, or related background + Experience in ISO or lean manufacturing environments + Familiarity with multimeters and testing equipment + IPC soldering certification or equivalent soldering experience **Physical Requirements** + Ability to sit or stand for extended periods + Frequent hand and tool use throughout the day + Ability to lift up to 25-50 lbs as needed + Strong visual attention to detail for assembly work **The Bottom Line** This is a solid opportunity for someone with electro-mechanical assembly experience who wants to continue building technical skills in a manufacturing environment.
