Job Overview

Kin Cr Wsh is looking for epenble, people-first Key Holer / Shift Spervisor to help le y-to-y shift opertions. This horly leership role spports the Site Mnger by keeping the tem on trck, elivering gret service, mintining clen n sfe site, n ensring gests leve hppy (n sprkling clen).

  • Le the shift: Open/close the site s schele, secre the fcility, n follow ily checklists.
  • Spport the tem: ssign positions, coch ttennts in the moment, n help mintin positive, high-performing cltre.
  • eliver excellent gest service: Greet cstomers, resolve concerns professionlly, n hnle service recovery when neee.
  • Keep opertions rnning smoothly: Monitor throghpt, line flow, n eqipment bsics; commnicte isses n esclte when neee.
  • Mintin site stnrs: Ensre the tnnel, vcm re, n lot sty clen, orgnize, n gest-rey.
  • Sfety & complince: Enforce PPE n sfety proceres; moel the right behviors n correct isses promptly.
