Your Responsibilities

• Lead Full-Cycle Recruitment, guiding every step from intake to closure.

• Utilize Our Comprehensive Platform to manage candidate interactions, monitor outreach, and automate follow-ups to maintain organization.
• Emphasize Permanent Placements that foster enduring client value and yield substantial commissions.
• Engage in Thought Leadership initiatives to elevate both our brand and your own.

Who You Are

• Possess 2–3+ years of agency recruiting or consultative sales experience
• Have a solid understanding of the healthcare industry or be eager to learn, as we provide coaching
• Success in managing client relationships and successfully negotiating offers
• Adept at navigating ATS/CRM systems (training will be provided on our system)
• Hold an entrepreneurial mindset with a commitment to long-term growth
