Start Date: ASAP, upon completion of credentialing/onboarding


Shift Schedule: Day shift: Monday-Friday, 7:00a-3:30p OR 8:00a-4:30p. No weekends. Off all federal holidays.


How many shifts needed per month: Approx. 20-22 weekday shifts (no weekends/holidays)


Credentialing / Onboarding time: 6 weeks to 8 week


License: Any state license works (current, active, unrestricted)


Certifications: Current BLS (AHA or Red Cross) Education: BSN, ADN, or Nursing Diploma from an accredited program; passed NCLEX


Experience needed: 2 years of strong current acute care experience in Medical Surgical


Special Skills needed: Vaccine administration and post-administration monitoring experience is preferred, including managing observation periods and recognizing adverse reactions. Solid med/surg assessment skills with accurate documentation habits suited to research protocols. Comfortable educating patients on vaccines, medications, and follow-up care.


Responsibilities: Deliver outpatient nursing care in the Medicine clinic, including patient assessments, vaccine administration, and structured post-vaccination monitoring in support of NIH research protocols. Document all care and observations accurately and report findings to the clinical team. Provide patient education and coordinate follow-up needs during Monday-Friday clinic hours.
