Job Summary:
ICU (Intensive Care Unit) Nurse in the Midwest region. This position involves providing specialized critical care to medical and surgical patients within a 11-bed ICU unit. The role requires handling both COVID-19 and general surgical cases, with a focus on resilience, teamwork, and assertiveness in a fast-paced environment.

Job Details:

• Schedule: Nights, 12-hour shifts, minimum of 36 hours per week
• Required Qualifications: WI RN license, AHA or ARC certifications, BLS, ACLS, 2 years of ICU and Med/Surg experience, travel experience preferred
• Preferred Qualifications: Not specified
• Float: Float rotation may be required to Aspirus Stevens Point, Plover, or Riverview
• Additional Information: The unit cares for medical and surgical patients, including joint replacements and general surgery cases, with a dedicated COVID-19 patient area. The position includes holiday rotation, and mandatory mask-wearing during flu season for unvaccinated travelers. Some on-call hours may be available, which will count toward the low census hours.
