About the Role:

Join HELPING HANDS CARE SERVICES LLC as a Personal Care Assistant (PCA) and make a meaningful impact in the lives of our clients in Bay Minette, AL. Responsibilities:

Assist clients with daily living activities such as bathing, grooming, and meal preparation.

Provide companionship and emotional support to enhance clients' quality of life.

Monitor and document clients' health and well-being, reporting any changes to the care team.

Help clients with mobility and physical exercises, ensuring their safety and comfort.

Administer medication as directed and assist with medical appointments.

Maintain a clean and safe environment for clients, adhering to health and safety standards.

Communicate effectively with clients, families, and healthcare professionals.

Participate in training and development opportunities to enhance caregiving skills.

Requirements:

High school diploma or equivalent; certification as a PCA or HHA preferred.

Previous experience in personal care or healthcare settings is a plus.

Strong interpersonal skills and a compassionate demeanor.

Ability to lift and assist clients as needed, adhering to safety guidelines.

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required.

Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Clear background check and compliance with state regulations.

CPR and First Aid certification is a plus.
