Wholesale Inside Sales & Customer Service Representative, Mesquite, TX Economy Tire, Inc. (ETI) supplies tires to wholesale customers across Texas and surrounding regions, including Dallas–Fort Worth, East Texas, Austin, Oklahoma, and Louisiana. We move quickly and work hard to take care of our customers every day. We are looking for someone who is dependable, confident on the phone, and motivated to grow with our company. What You’ll Do

• Answer incoming calls and help tire shops and automotive businesses place orders
• Make outbound calls to follow up with current, inactive, and potential customers
• Enter phone, walk-in, and online orders quickly and accurately
• Process customer payments and keep account information up to date
• Help customers with tire sizes, pricing, availability, and alternative options
• Coordinate with the warehouse and delivery teams to help orders leave on time
• Balance customer calls, order entry, online orders, payments, and sales follow-up throughout the day

What you need:

• Experience in customer service or inside sales
• Strong phone skills and a clear, friendly speaking voice
• A positive attitude.
• Basic computer and data-entry skills
• Ability to stay organized and focused in a busy environment

Pay starts at $15 per hour, with the opportunity to earn commission based on sales performance. This is a full-time position with a set Monday-through-Saturday schedule. The Dallas branch is a busy, fast-moving operation. This role requires someone who can stay organized, communicate clearly, and remain focused as priorities change throughout the day. This position offers hands-on experience in wholesale tire sales, customer service, order processing, and distribution operations.
