Metro Vein Centers invites high-caliber, growth-minded physicians to join our 1-Year Physician Apprentice Program . Designed as a prestigious, high-earning stepping stone, this program offers intensive clinical immersion, rapid procedural mastery, and broad exposure across our national network—serving as the ultimate launchpad into a full-time, high-earning Physician role with Metro Vein Centers.

Program Overview

You will spend one year embedded in the Metro Vein Centers network. You’ll receive robust, hands-on training from top vein specialists while serving as a key regional resource—filling clinical gaps for vacations, leaves, and busy seasons across our clinics.

At the end of your 1-year program, high-performing physicians are matched directly into a permanent, full-time MVC Clinic Leader position ($400,000–$650,000+ base/earning potential).

What You’ll Do

• Clinical Training & Practice: Master state-of-the-art, minimally invasive venous procedures (endovenous ablations, ultrasound-guided sclerotherapy, microphlebectomies, etc.) under elite mentorship.
• Network & Gap Coverage: Serve as a vital clinical team member across regional/national clinics to cover planned physician PTO, parental leave, and seasonal surges.
• Multi-State Credentialing: With our full administrative and financial support, get credentialed across multiple states—gaining invaluable clinical experience across diverse patient populations.
• Transition to Clinic Lead: Take advantage of the opportunity to prepare to eventually lead your own permanent clinic location upon completion of the 1-year apprentice program.

Who You Are

• MD or DO degree (Ideal for recent residency or fellowship graduates, as well as early-career physicians looking to pivot specialties—full training and mentorship provided).
• Board Certified or Board Eligible in your primary specialty.
• Adaptable & Energetic: Excited to travel, adapt to different clinical settings, and act as a dynamic culture builder everywhere you go.
• Growth-Minded: Driven to learn new procedural skill sets rapidly and transition into a long-term clinical leadership position.

Program Benefits & Perks

• Guaranteed Base Salary: $350,000 per year.
• Guaranteed Career Pathway: Direct placement track into a permanent MVC clinic leadership role upon program completion ($400k–$650k+ potential, depending on location).
