Aspire Allergy & Sinus is a growing group of highly experienced Allergists, Surgeons, Advanced Practice Providers, and Support Teams with more than 60 clinics across Texas, Florida, New Mexico, Arizona, and Colorado.

We are looking for a clinically experienced, relationship-driven professional to join our team as a Provider Relations Specialist serving the Midland/Odessa market.

This is an excellent opportunity for an RN, LVN, or other experienced healthcare professional who is ready to transition from direct patient care into a sales and relationship-focused career.

If you have spent your career building relationships with physicians, providers, practice managers, and healthcare teamsand you enjoy networking, educating others, and connecting people with the right resourcesyour clinical experience and established relationships could make you highly successful in this role.

We are especially interested in candidates who have strong clinical experience and established relationships within the Midland/Odessa healthcare community.

You may be a great fit if you are:

• An RN, LVN, or experienced healthcare professional interested in transitioning into medical sales, provider relations, or business development
• Well connected within the Midland/Odessa medical community, with established relationships with physicians, providers, practice managers, or healthcare organizations
• Comfortable walking into a medical practice, introducing yourself, building rapport, and developing relationships
• Clinically knowledgeable and confident discussing medical services and treatments with healthcare professionals
• Outgoing, polished, self-motivated, and energized by meeting new people
• Motivated by goals and excited about directly contributing to business and referral growth
• Able to work independently, manage a territory, and consistently follow up with referral partners
• Interested in using your healthcare experience in a relationship-driven sales career outside of traditional bedside or clinic nursing

Previous medical or pharmaceutical sales experience is a plus, but it is not required. We value established healthcare relationships, clinical credibility, communication skills, and the ability to build trust.
