Responsibilities: As a Unit Manager - LPN you will be responsible for the delivery of compliant, high-quality and cost-effective health care while achieving positive clinical outcomes, and patient/family and employee satisfaction on your assigned unit. *Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to maintain adequate nursing coverage to provide safe nursing care.
