MULTIFAMILY SUPERINTENDENT - Tampa, Florida

POSITION OVERVIEW

We are helping a successful GC who is seeking an experienced Multifamily Superintendent to oversee the construction of mid to large-scale new multifamily residential projects in the Tampa area. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing complex construction operations, leading crews, and ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

• Base Salary: $120,000 - $165,000

REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS

• 7+ years of direct experience as a Superintendent on mid to large-scale new multifamily construction projects
• History of building garden-style, mid-rise, or podium-style multifamily projects from start to finish
• Proven ability to manage multiple trades and subcontractors
• Strong knowledge of construction scheduling, budgeting, and project controls
• Excellent communication and leadership skills
• OSHA certification (30-hour preferred)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Oversee day-to-day construction operations and site management
• Manage subcontractors and coordinate multiple trades
• Monitor project schedules, budgets, and quality standards
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies
• Conduct regular site inspections and maintain detailed documentation
• Communicate progress updates to project management and ownership
• Problem-solve issues and implement corrective actions
• Maintain a safe and professional job site environment
