Configuration Data Management Controller 2
Newport News, VA
Contract
$18.59 - $24.45

Reviews engineering documentation, reports, specifications, and drawings to determine documentation and material requirements, ensure compliance with engineering specifications, and to ensure engineering orders reflect latest requirements. Analyzes proposed changes in product design to determine effect on documents such as drawings, test specifications, manuals, and ensures all documents have required approvals. Compiles release packages ensuring all documentation is present. Notifies appropriate departments of any new or updated data. Maintains audit trails. Researches and resolves inconsistencies with design, production, material, or program office.

Critical Skills: Configuration Data Management Controller 2

Project Management experience is helpful and Microsoft office background.
Our client requires that candidates must have an active/current DoD Confidential Personnel Clearance (PCL) to start, for which the U.S. Government requires U.S. Citizenship.

Basic Qualifications: Configuration Data Management Controller 2

High School diploma or equivalent and 2 years additional education and/or experience

Preferred Qualifications: Configuration Data Management Controller 2

Background in configuration management is preferred and the ability to multi-task. Effective communication is key and staying organized.
