Carle Health Family Medicine Or Internal Medicine Physician

Carle Health is seeking a BE/BC Family Medicine or Internal Medicine Physician to join our growing Primary Care team in Peoria, Illinois.

Opportunity Details:

Join an established practice with two Family Medicine physicians, an Advanced Practice Provider, and experienced support staff.

Position will be based out of our outpatient clinic on Peartree Lane that offers Family Medicine, Integrative Medicine, and Preventive Medicine services. X-ray services are also available Mon-Thurs.

Clinic hours are Mon-Fri 8 AM - 5 PM.

Fully integrated system with clinics and hospitals on Epic EMR to improve care coordination.

Compensation and Benefits:

The compensation range for this position is $325,000 - $360,000. This represents a good faith minimum and maximum range for the role at the time of posting by Carle Health. The actual compensation offered a candidate will be dependent on a variety of factors including, but not limited to, the candidate's experience, qualifications, location, training, licenses, shifts worked and compensation model.
