The ideal candidate has strong manual dexterity, enjoys working with small components, and takes pride in producing high-quality work. Responsibilities: Hand solder electronic components and wiring assemblies. Assemble electromechanical products using hand tools and production equipment. Follow assembly instructions, wiring diagrams, and manufacturing procedures. Test completed assemblies to ensure they meet quality standards. Perform quality inspections throughout the assembly process. Troubleshoot, repair, or rework assemblies as needed. Report assembly issues to the production supervisor. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications: Previous soldering experience or soldering training preferred. Ability to pass an internal soldering certification. Strong hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity. Ability to assemble small, detailed components accurately. Manufacturing or assembly experience is a plus but not required. Ability to read and follow work instructions and wiring diagrams. Dependable, detail-oriented, and able to work independently or as part of a team. Physical Requirements: Ability to sit for extended periods while performing assembly work. Perform repetitive hand assembly and soldering tasks. Lift up to 25 pounds occasionally. Good visual acuity for inspecting small components and finished products. Ability to work in a manufacturing environment with occasional exposure to heat, dust, and other industrial conditions.
