She Recruits is partnering with a well-established, mission-driven healthcare organization in Central Pennsylvania to recruit a Board Certified or Board Eligible Psychiatrist for an outpatient-focused role serving both adult and pediatric populations.

The Opportunity


This is a Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM outpatient psychiatry position designed for stability and long-term career growth.

You'll practice in a collaborative environment with:

You'll provide evidence-based, culturally sensitive psychiatric care in a setting that prioritizes access, quality, and continuity.

Compensation & Benefits

Base Salary Starting at $240,000+ (Based on Experience)

What You'll Bring
