What You'll Do

• Deliver personalized massage experiences using modalities such as Swedish, Deep Tissue, Prenatal, Sports Massage, and stretching techniques

• Educate guests on the benefits of massage and self-care

• Maintain treatment room standards and cleanliness

• Create memorable experiences that keep guests coming back

What We're Looking For

• Active North Carolina Massage Therapy License

• Knowledge of Swedish and Deep Tissue Massage

• Passion for wellness and helping others

• Professional, reliable, and team-oriented attitude

• Strong communication skills

• New graduates welcome

Schedule Expectations

Boutique hours are 9:00 AM–9:00 PM, seven days a week . Therapists create schedules that work best for them, with availability for at least one evening shift and one weekend shift each week.
