Shifts: 1st shift 7:00AM-3:15PM, 2nd shift 3:00 PM to 11:15 PM, 3rd shift 11:00PM to 7:15 AM. Scheduling expectations: Full time: consistent hours with 3 to 4 days per week plus every other weekend. Part time: consistent hours with 1 to 2 days per week plus every other weekend. What you will do: Assist residents with daily living activities, provide companionship and emotional support, help maintain a safe comfortable environment, work as part of a supportive team oriented community. What we are looking for: Compassionate and dependable individuals, positive attitude and strong teamwork skills, willingness to learn, no experience required. Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent, passion for caring for older adults and a positive attitude. Benefits: Team member DREAMS program. Referral bonuses.
