F/T Extended Care and Learning Senior Group Leader Preschool JobID: 2827 Position Type: Extended Care & Learning Program/ Senior Group Leader Date Posted: 9/9/2026 Date Available: immediately Farmington Extended Care & Learning Seeking a Senior Group Leader for Farmington Collaborative Preschool This is a full time, full year position (7:00am - 3:30pm)with the Beforeand After School Program. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field (Human Development, Education, Recreation, etc.) 1 year experience working with children (minimum) CPR & First Aid and Epi-pen current. If not current must be obtained with in one month Professional Qualifications Be able to work independently and as part of a team Working knowledge of developmentally appropriate practices Effectively supervise small/large groups of children Assume Site Supervisor responsibilities, as outlined in training in the event of a Site Supervisor absence. Have effective communication skills, written and verbal with both children and adults. Be able to develop behavior management systems for large groups and individual students as needed.
