Looking for a part-time job that provides meaningful work and competitive compensation? Consider a position in a State Farm Agent's office. Responsibilities include working with the agent to establish and meet marketing goals, developing leads, scheduling appointments, identifying customer needs, and marketing appropriate products and services.
As an Agent Team Member, you will receive hourly pay plus commission/bonus, flexible hours, valuable experience, and growth potential/opportunity for advancement within the agency.
Requirements include excellent interpersonal skills, excellent communication skills - written, verbal, and listening, being people-oriented, self-motivated, detail-oriented, and achieving mutually agreed upon marketing goals.
