Work with a caseload of approximately 40 students, ranging from 3 years old through 6th grade, all within a single school site—making your schedule and collaboration seamless and focused.

This role requires immediate availability and extends through May 20, 2027, ensuring stability and a chance to make a lasting impact. You'll serve a diverse peds caseload, utilizing your expertise in speech-language pathology to address a range of needs. The role is open to SLPs holding their Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) as well as Clinical Fellows (CFY).

Key Qualifications:

• Active Alabama SLP License required
• CCC or Clinical Fellow track considered
• Experience working with pediatric or school-based caseloads preferred
• Strong interpersonal and organizational skills
• Ability to work independently and collaborate with a team

Primary Responsibilities:

• Evaluate and develop treatment plans for students ages 3 through 6th grade
• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language services
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Collaborate with educators, families, and other specialists
• Support students' IEPs and participate in team meetings
