Software Engineer - SAP ABAP/Fiori Developer

Salary: $61,000 - 101,000 per year Requirements:

• Apply SAP HANA data modelling tools and methods, including HANA Studio, ABAP Development Tools, ABAP Core Data Services, database procedures, ADBC, Native SQL, ALV on HANA, text search, and HANA Live model consumption.
• Design and develop applications that consume OData services, and build RESTful APIs using OData and HANA CDS views.
• Understand SAP HANA technical concepts and architecture, and have development experience across RICEF components: reports, interfaces, conversions, enhancements, and forms.
• Use object-oriented programming with ABAP Objects.
• Bring experience working on Agile projects, strong analytical and problem-solving abilities, and effective verbal and written communication skills with business partners and IT functional analysts in multicultural environments.
• Learn new technologies independently and work with minimal direction and supervision.
• Preferably bring experience with S/4HANA implementations and knowledge of SAP Build.
• Experience with implementation, upgrade, maintenance, or post-production support projects is an advantage.
• Working knowledge of Solution Manager components such as BPCA, ChaRM, or Focus Build is an advantage.
• Experience developing SAP Fiori applications and using the RAP model is preferred.

• Design, develop, and support application solutions focused on SAP S/4HANA.
• Develop or re-engineer complex application components, integrating software packages, programs, and reusable objects across multiple platforms.
• Implement and deploy SAP UI5 and Fiori applications, including custom extensions and configuration of user roles, catalogs, and groups.
• Design and develop interfaces and utilities for SAP automation and test automation using a range of tools.
• Develop RESTful and SOAP APIs for SAP components, external integrations, and cloud deployments.
• Work within Agile and DevOps frameworks to design applications that support continuous integration and delivery, potentially using Solution Manager components.
• Create a framework for working prototypes using wireframing tools and enable Design Thinking methods.
• Help design and implement an automated unit-testing framework that promotes best practices using ABAP Unit and ABAP Double.
