[Discover more about our Orlando, Florida location.](MUST BE A U.S. CITIZEN - This position is located at a facility that requires special access.Basic QualificationsProgram Manufacturing Engineering or Planning support experience.Bachelor's degree in an engineering or technical related discipline Functional shop floor support experience.Experience using ERP systems to look at bills of material and/or planning routers.Experience using Windchill or equivalent PLM System.Clear communication skillsAbility to concisely and accurately document processes and lessons learned.Ability to stay organized and work on multiple initiatives at a time.Eagerness to learn and try new ways of working.Subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Process Plans (MPPs)Subject matter expertise in Manufacturing Bills of Material (MBOMs)Strong communication and presentation skillsAbility to collaborate with cross-functional teamsExperience with 3D model-based work instructions and manufacturing process planningDesired SkillsExperience working on development teams and translating user needs into technical requirements.Experience testing new solutions and providing constructive feedback for future iterations.Cross-functional collaboration across operations and engineering including manufacturing, design, quality, industrial and planning.Working understanding of different functions across the organization.Continuous improvement experience.Experience using APRISO or a shop floor management / manufacturing execution system equivalent.Experience using Service Central tickets.Ability to assess workload and prioritize tasks based on value add and need.Strong written and verbal communication skillsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsPay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $94400.00 - $175200.00At Lockheed Martin, we know mission success starts with taking care of our people.
