Loan Servicing Manager

About the Role This leadership position oversees loan operations including payment processing, escrow monitoring, insurance/tax monitoring, investor reporting, quality control, and full regulatory compliance across the loan servicing lifecycle. What You'll Do Manage and develop a loan operations team hiring, coaching, performance management, and succession planning Ensure compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations (TRID, RESPA, SCRA, FACTA, GLBA, FDCPA, BSA/BO, and more) Oversee risk mitigation, audit response, and remediation of compliance findings Manage loan purchase/sale activity in partnership with Treasury, Accounting, and Leveraged Lending teams Drive process improvement and documentation across the servicing unit Partner cross-functionally to meet service level and productivity KPIs Provide regulatory training and updates to staff Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or Economics 7+ years of loan servicing experience 5+ years of management experience Strong knowledge of loan servicing compliance and regulatory requirements Advanced Excel and Microsoft Office proficiency FIS, Black Knight, Synergy, or Cash system experience preferred Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship available) #J-18808-Ljbffr NPAworldwide
