The Providence Center
The Providence Center is seeking a bilingual Substance Use Specialist for ACT II Team 1B (CCBHC). You will provide comprehensive assessment, treatment planning, counseling, crisis intervention, and care coordination for individuals with mental health and substance use disorders. Responsibilities include delivering individual, group, and family counseling, developing individualized care plans, and coordinating with a multidisciplinary team to promote client-centered services. #J-18808-Ljbffr The Providence Center
