Role Description The Regional Operations Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in NW Illinois. This role oversees operational performance across multiple locations, ensuring alignment with company standards, goals, and customer service expectations. Day-to-day responsibilities include monitoring store performance metrics, managing budgets, and driving process improvements to increase efficiency and profitability. The Regional Operations Manager collaborates with location managers on staffing, training, and performance management, and supports consistent execution of sales, service, and parts operations. The role also involves partnering with senior leadership on regional strategy, leading cross-functional initiatives, and maintaining a strong focus on safety, compliance, and community engagement. Qualifications Operational leadership and multi-site management skills, including experience overseeing store or branch performance and driving process improvements. Strong financial acumen, with skills in budgeting, forecasting, and analyzing key performance indicators to support decision-making. People leadership skills, including team development, coaching, performance management, and change management across diverse teams. Customer-focused mindset, with skills in relationship-building, conflict resolution, and ensuring high service standards in retail or dealership environments. Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional partners and senior leadership. Experience in equipment, agriculture, construction, or related industries, preferably within a dealership or similar operational setting. Proficiency with business systems, CRM or ERP tools, and standard office software; ability to interpret data and reports to guide actions. Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, or a related field, or equivalent combination of education and relevant operational experience.
