Key Qualifications & Experience:

• Active SLP license, CCC required
• Previous experience in school-based or pediatric SLP settings
• Proficient in teletherapy and in-person SLP delivery
• Demonstrated ability to collaborate with occupational therapists
• Comfortable providing in-home services to students
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills
• Self-motivated and adaptable to different home settings
• Commitment to confidentiality and professionalism

Responsibilities:

• Conduct speech and language assessments for students
• Create and implement individualized therapy plans tailored to student needs
• Provide speech-language therapy and collaborate closely with an OT
• Utilize both in-person and teletherapy modalities based on student preferences
• Track progress and adjust therapy goals as necessary
• Communicate regularly with families and educational teams to ensure comprehensive support
• Maintain detailed session records and required compliance documentation
