Cargo Transporters, Inc. is hiring a CDL A Regional Dry Van Driver in Claremont, North Carolina. The role involves driving freight with an average of 2,400 miles or more per week and returning home each week. Compensation Average Pay (miles only): $83,000 annually; $1,500 weekly. Standard Pay: 68 CPM base with an average of 2,400 miles or more per week. Other Pay: Layover Pay Extra pick‑up/drop Pay Federal Per diem pay optional Detention Pay: $20 per hour after 2 hours NYC borough Pay: $125, no forced dispatch to NYC Holiday Pay: $770 per year, effective immediately Bonus Pay: Driver Referral Bonus: $2,500 total distributed over launch and retention months. Safety Bonus: 1 CPM for all miles driven, paid annually when you work the full year and meet criteria. Clean Inspection Bonus: $50–$100 based on results. Paid via direct deposit weekly. Mirror Eye deployed. Qualifications Must be at least 21 years old. Must have a valid CDL A license. Must have at least 1 year verifiable tractor‑trailer experience. Must meet DOT testing and physical requirements and be knowledgeable of DOT regulations. Must be registered with the FMCSA Clearinghouse. Must pass required non‑DOT hair follicle and DOT pre‑employment drug test, MVR, and background check. No at‑fault DOT reportable accidents in the last 3 years. No DUIs in last 5 years.
