Job Description:

The Training, Change & Transition Lead will be responsible for preparing users, administrators, support personnel, and stakeholders for adoption of the new case-management solution. The individual will develop and execute training, organizational change management, documentation, knowledge-transfer, go-live support, and transition activities.

Required Experience and Skills:

• 7+ years of training, organizational change management, transition, or implementation experience.
• Experience supporting enterprise or public-sector system implementations.
• Role-based training development and delivery.
• Training needs analysis.
• Change-management planning.
• Stakeholder communication and user adoption.
• Training materials and instructional documentation.
• Training videos and user guides.
• Administrator and support-team training.
• Knowledge transfer.
• Go-live and post-production support.
• Operational transition and project-exit planning.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop the overall training and change-management strategy.
• Conduct training-needs and audience analysis.
• Identify user roles, training requirements, and learning objectives.
• Develop role-based training plans and curricula.
• Create instructor-led and self-service training materials.
• Develop user guides, quick-reference guides, job aids, presentations, and training videos.
• Deliver training to end users, administrators, super users, and support personnel.
• Coordinate administrator and technical knowledge-transfer sessions.
• Develop change-impact and stakeholder-readiness activities.
• Support stakeholder communications and adoption initiatives.
• Track training completion and user readiness.
• Maintain implementation and operational documentation.
• Coordinate knowledge transfer from the implementation team to AOC personnel.
• Support go-live communications, user assistance, and stabilization activities.
• Develop transition and handoff documentation.
• Support transition to ongoing operations, maintenance, and support.
• Coordinate final knowledge transfer and project-exit activities.
