Exceptional verbal and written communication skills to liaise effectively with team members and leadership. Outstanding organizational skills to manage multiple priorities, tasks, and deadlines efficiently.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

Assist in putting together budgets. Subcontractor coordination and supervision. Project document and shop drawing review. Correspondence with the architect and engineers. Quality control inspections. Progress tracking, documentation, and administrative duties. Perform other duties as assigned.

SPECIFIC EDUCATION OR EXPERIENCE

Student pursuing a degree in construction, engineering or related field. Field Management Interns Gain hands‑on, real‑world experience managing field coordination, jobsite management, and managing the project schedule.
