Provide direct nursing care in accordance with organizational policies, implementing and monitoring patient care plans, and communicating patient conditions. Qualifications And Skills Licensed Registered Nurse credential from the Alabama Board of Nursing prior to employment. Current BLS certification within 1 month and Advanced Life Support within 6 months of hire, accepted from AHA or Red Cross. Diploma from an accredited nursing school or college. Key Duties Implement patient care interventions and monitor patient status. Coordinate discharge planning and collaborate with healthcare teams for comprehensive care.
