Customer Sales AssociateBosch Location Division Home Comfort Work Mode On-Site Fields of work Logistics Join as Professional Contract Type Unlimited Working time Full-time Compensation According to agreementYour tasksCustomer Sales Associate Responsibilities:Answer incoming phone calls and respond to customer emails in a timely and professional mannerAssist customers at the counter with product inquiries, pricing information, and order placementDevelop and maintain strong HVAC product knowledge to provide accurate technical guidance and recommendationsProcess customer orders, quotes, and service requests with accuracy and attention to detailIdentify sales opportunities and upsell complementary products and services to maximize customer valueBuild and maintain positive customer relationships to encourage repeat business and customer loyaltyDocument customer interactions and maintain detailed records in the company databaseResolve customer complaints and concerns professionally, escalating complex issues to management when necessaryCoordinate with warehouse and delivery teams to ensure timely order fulfillment and customer satisfactionFollow up with customers post-purchase to confirm satisfaction and address any additional needsMaintain knowledge of current promotions, pricing, and product availabilityContribute to a fast-paced, customer-focused work environment with strong organizational and time management skillsYour profileRequired Qualifications:High School diploma or equivalentProficient computer skills with demonstrated ability to operate business software and database systemsReliable personal transportationProven warehouse experience in shipping and receiving operationsCertified forklift operation skillsMinimum 1-2 years of customer service or sales experience in a retail or commercial environmentStrong written and verbal communication skills with the ability to interact professionally with diverse customer basesDemonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize responsibilities in a fast-paced environmentRequired Competencies:Advanced time management and organizational capabilities to effectively manage multiple priorities in a demanding environmentCommitment to maintaining a standard 5-day work week with demonstrated flexibility for occasional weekend shifts and extended hours as operational requirements dictateStrong problem-solving skills with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally and courteouslyAttention to detail and accuracy when processing orders, quotes, and maintaining customer recordsPreferred Qualifications:Established HVAC product knowledge and technical expertisePrevious experience in the HVAC, plumbing, or mechanical equipment industryFamiliarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems or similar database platformsSales achievement record demonstrating ability to identify and capitalize on upselling opportunitiesContact & additional informationAll your information will be kept confidential according to EEO guidelines.
